EXTRACT OF MINlJTES OF ~1EETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF R05EVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON AUGUST 8, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 8, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following were present: ~fayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Curley and Grauel and the following was absent: Trustee Shields !>1ember Curley then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: llliSOLUTION NO. 1580 BE IT RESOLVED BY TIm VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of !Vest Owasso Boulevard requesting the improvement of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lake Owasso Park, by installation of sanitary sewer was filed with the Council on August 8, 1966, is hereby declared signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public II/arks Director and he is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- ment, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion was seconded by ;,fember Grauel and upon vote being taken thereon all those present voted in favor thereof and no one opposed. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
