<br />63-3 <br /> <br />Extract or Minutes of Meeting or the <br />Village Council <br />Village or Roseville <br />Coun ty of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of August <br /> <br />, 196~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1582 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSJ-1ENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minne sota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll tor Water Improvement 43-3 AS rinally amended <br /> <br />and adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 63-3 was held on November 9, <br /> <br />1964 and adjourned to November 14, 1964 at which time assessments for Water Improvement <br /> <br />No. 63-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the <br /> <br />office ot the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 16, 1964 and, <br />
