EX'ffiACT OF HINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUi\CIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ALtiUST 8, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 8th day of August, 1966, at 7: 30 P .~l. The following members were present: Mayor Cedar holm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following was absent: Trustee Shields Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1583 Be it resolved by the Village Council of Roseville, ~1innesota; 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Long Lake Road between the centerline of County Road C-2 and the centerline of County Road 0 by installation of sanitary sewer, water and street surfacing together with concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on August 8, 1966, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in confonning to Hirmesota Statutes, Sections 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to Banister Engineering Company and they are constructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed iJnprove- ment is feasible and to whether it should best be made as proposed or in cormection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as reconmended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
