<br />EX'ffiACT OF HINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUi\CIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ALtiUST 8, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on the 8th day of August, 1966, at <br />7: 30 P .~l. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedar holm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1583 <br /> <br />Be it resolved by the Village Council of Roseville, ~1innesota; <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Long Lake <br />Road between the centerline of County Road C-2 and the centerline of <br />County Road 0 by installation of sanitary sewer, water and street surfacing <br />together with concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on August 8, <br />1966, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br />of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in confonning to <br />Hirmesota Statutes, Sections 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Banister Engineering Company <br />and they are constructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed iJnprove- <br />ment is feasible and to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />cormection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as reconmended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being held thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
