<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON AUGUST 8, 1966. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereoC a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on August 8, 1966 at <br />7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholrn, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1585 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, deems it <br />necessary to relocate Ramsey County Ditch No.4, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ViLLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Attorney for the Village of Roseville <br />is hereby instructed to file a Petition, copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" and hereby made a part hereof in full, with the Ramsey County <br />Board of Commissioners, requesting the relocation of Ramsey County Ditch <br />No.4. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said Petition on behalf of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />The motion for the a~option of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich , and upon a vote being held, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br />
