For an Order improving Ramsey County Ditch No.4 <br /> <br />between the public right of ways of County Road C and County Road C-2 <br /> <br />lying within the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of <br /> <br />Minne sota 0 <br /> <br />2. For an Order relocating Ramsey County Ditch No.4; and <br /> <br />said relocation shall affect the following parcels of teal property lying <br /> <br />and being within the Village of Ro seville, Ram sey County, Minne sota , <br /> <br />legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />TRACT NO. 1 <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter (S.E.l/4) of Section Four <br />(4), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), <br />which part lies Northerly of the Southerly line of County <br />Road C; subject to County Road C and County Road C-2 and <br />subject to Snelling Avenue and Fairview Ayenue and subject <br />to public sewer easements of record and subject to unpaid <br />special assessments to the extent of the amounts or <br />installments thereof not now delinquent that become due and <br />payable subsequent to the year 1965; excepting, however, <br />from the premises above described, each and all of the nine <br />tracts hereinafter design ated as excepted tracts 1 it being the <br />intention to exclude from this conveyance each and all of the <br />excepted tracts 1 which excepted tracts are described as <br />follows: <br />Excepted Tract Noo 1: The North Two Hundred Fifty-two <br />+'"'^+ (1\T ? ,,?I) nf tnA East Five Hundred Feet (E. 5001) of the <br />
