<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1587 <br /> <br />RESOLt11'ION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. 65-40 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED <br />AND ORDEfUNG PREPARATION OF PROPOSSED <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street ~provement No. <br />65-40 of the Village of Rosevtlle, in~e area described in the <br />\legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 43,855.00 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 7.560.20 so that the total cost of <br />the improvement will be $ 51,415.20 I and of this cost the <br />village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost from <br />levies or other sources such as state aids,: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
