<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of ~seville <br />Ramsey County, Milmesota <br /> <br />Pursuan~ to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said Village on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and 'the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Membe;r . <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />an4moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1592 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />64-2 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />~~EREAS, contracts have been let for Street ~provement No. <br />64-2 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contrac~ price for such improvement is $ 60 ;967.50 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 10,742.13 so that the to~al cost <br />of the improve~ent will be $ 71,709.63 and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost <br />from levies or other sources such as state aids, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of l~seville, Minnesota, BS follows: <br />
