<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said Village on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1593 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />65-25 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street ~provement No. <br />65-25 of the Village of Roseville, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 8.737.00 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 3.704.73 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be $ 12.441. 73 and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ -0- as its share of the <br />cost from levies or other sources such as state aids, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
