<br />Ext~act of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Rosevi11e <br />R~sey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 <br /> <br />0.c10ck p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm. Trustees Curley. Goodrich. Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1594 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />65-26 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street Dmprovement No. <br />65-26 of the Village of Rosevi11e, in the area described in the <br />legal notice ~hereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 26.673.00 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ 7,764&00 so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be $ 34.437.00 and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ 23.865.00 as its share of the <br />cost from levies or other sources such as state aids, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
