<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1966 at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1595 <br /> <br />RESOLt11'ION RELATING '1'0 IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-46 <br />DECLARING COST '1'0 BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. 65-46, <br />of the village of Roseville, in the area described in the legal <br />notice ~hereof and the resolution thereto, and the contract price <br />for such improvement is $ 28.145.00 and the other expenses <br />incurred or to be incurred in the manking of said improvement <br />amount to $ 5.737.20 so that the total cost of the <br />improvement will be $33,882.20 , and of this cost the <br />village will pay $ 5,000.00 as its share of the cost from <br />levies or other sources such as state aids. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Vti.lage Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
