Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the
'V1i1age Hall at 2701 North !J!xington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on t-bnday, the

introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RErATING 'ro APFORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RErATING
'ro WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne-
sota as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Im~rovement 62-1 as finally amended
and adopted on October 14, 1963 , was certified to'the County Auditor of Ramsey
County and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and appor-
tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 62-1 was held
on November 9,'1964, and adjourned to November 16, 1964, at which time assessments
for Water Improvement No. 62-l were amended as provided by said resolution of said
date arid certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November
1.6, 1964 and
WHE~S, since that date a number of parc~ls of property contained within
said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property
owners and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the
original. assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or
conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville in order that the
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property
tbereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year
1967
and
thereafter,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville does hereby
make the following apportionment of original. assessments as contained in said assess-
ment roll.of October 14, 1964, and as amended as of November 16, 1964 against the fol-
lowing described properties:

a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Member Goodrich
