<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Monday, the eighth day of February, 1993, at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka <br />and the following were absent: V. Johnson and Cushman. <br /> <br />Councilperson P. Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8886 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8830 <br />SELECTION OF 1993 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has tentatively selected neighborhoods for <br />inclusion in the 1993 Pavement Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Neighborhood 52 (Ridgewood Lane N. and Ridgewood Lane S.) and <br />Neighborhood 53 (Mid Oaks Lane and Mid Oaks Road) were included in this <br />selection: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has experienced staff shortages and <br />was unable to complete feasibility reports for Neighborhoods 52 and 53; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Neighborhoods 52 and 53 be removed from the 1993 Pavement <br />Management Program. <br /> <br />2. Neighborhoods 52 and 53 be included in the 1994 Pavement <br />Management Program. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted~ <br />
