EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD AUGUST 15, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 15th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1600 WHEREAS, PURSUANT to Resolution the Council adopted August 8, 1966, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lake Owasso Park, in the Village of Roseville by installation of sanitary sewer and this report was received by the Council on August 15, 1966; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council will consider the improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended) at an estimated total cost of $7,700.00. 2. The Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 26th day of September 26, 1966, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M. The Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing on the improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon a vote being held thereon, the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
