<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ~ecfal~ meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall in <br /> <br />said village on Monday, the 29th day of August, 1966, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />['layor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Goodrich <br /> <br />introduceQ the fo~lowing resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1602 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />64-16 DEC~RING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Street Improvement No. <br />64-16 of the village of Rosevi1le, in the area described in the <br />legal notice thereof and the resolution thereto, and the <br />contract price for such improvement is $ 10.660.50 and the <br />other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $ -0- so that the total cost <br />of the improvement will be $ 10,660.50 and of this cost <br />the village will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost <br />from levies or other sources such as state aids, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
