<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the eighth <br />day of February, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka <br />and the following were absent: V. Johnson and Cushman. <br /> <br />Councilperson P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8887 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORTS <br />ON 1993 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted August 24, 1992, the Council directed the <br />city Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to <br />the feasibility of the proposed improvements: <br /> <br />P-93-02. Neiqhborhood 59 -- street reconstruction <br />Huron Avenue, Ruggles Street to Roselawn Avenue <br />Dellwood Avenue, Ruggles Street to Roselawn Avenue <br /> <br />P-93-02. Neiqhborhood 60 -- street reconstruction <br />Autumn Street, Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue <br />Summer Street, Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue <br />Ruggles Avenue, Fernwood Street to Lexington Avenue <br />Roma Avenue, Dellwood Avenue to Dunlap Street <br />Dionne Street, Dunlap Street to Lindy Avenue <br />Dunlap Street, Dionne Street to Garden Avenue <br />Dellwood Avenue, Roma Avenue to Garden Street <br />Lindy Avenue, Dionne Street to Garden street <br /> <br />P-93-03. Neiqhborhood 60 -- street reconstruction <br />Garden Avenue, Hamline Avenue to Lexington Avenue (MSA) <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the <br />report1fuhe estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to <br />whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and <br />cost estimates ha*e been submitted and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made <br />in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as <br />Improvements P-93-02, Neighborhoods 59 and 60, and P-93-03, <br />Neighborhood 60. <br />
