<br />Resolution #161 <br />Adopted 10-3=.57 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 3, 1957 <br /> <br />Pursuant to dl:.e cell and notice thereof a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held <br /> <br />at the Alexander Ramsey High School in said Village on Thursday, the third <br /> <br />day of October, 1957 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Kitts, Trustees Brennan <br /> <br />and Carlson and V illage Clerk !1al'lL'TIersten, anc the following was absent: <br /> <br />Trustee McGee. Also in attendance were Village Attorney Loftsgaarden, <br /> <br />renrcsentatives of Banister Engineering Company, Peter S. Popovich of <br /> <br />Peterson and Popovich, village engineer Soutter and appraiser Bettenbl:.rg. <br /> <br />The Village Cle~k presented an affidavit showing publication of <br /> <br />notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Sardtary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. I in the RCE e Tribune: on September 19, 1957, in accordance with the reso- <br /> <br />lution adopted September 17, 1957, which affidavit was examined, foune sotis- <br /> <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration <br /> <br />of objections, if any, to said proposed asses~ment. All persons present were <br /> <br />then given an opJ:ortunity to present oral o"t;jections, and all written objections <br /> <br />theretofore filed with the Village Clerk were presented anc considered, ano all <br /> <br />Sl:.cn objections were tabulatec as follows: <br /> <br />Property <br /> <br />Nature of Objection <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Thomas Connelly <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Stuber's Addition <br /> <br />Assessment too high <br />considering benefit. <br /> <br />c.
