<br />p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the <br />meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the area proposed <br />to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with <br />the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any <br />property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the <br />official newspaper of the village at least once, and shall be <br />mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the assessed roll, <br />not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For <br />the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall <br />be those shown as such as of September 10, 1966 on the records of <br />the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not <br />appear on such records (other than owners of property which is <br />tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed <br />to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in <br />writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the records <br />for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
