EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City. of Roseville met in regular session at the city Hall on Monday, the eighth day of FebrUary, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The fOllowing members were present: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka and the following were absent: V. Johnson and Cushman. Councilperson P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8888 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON 1993 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted August 24, 1992, the Council directed the city Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-93-02. Neiqhborhood 62 -- street reconstruction Burke Avenue, Lexington Avenue to cul-de-sac P-93-04. Neiqhborhood 62 -- street reconstruction Parker Avenue, Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street (MSA) P-93-02. Neiqhborhood 66 -- street reconstruction Parker Avenue, victoria Street to Avon Street Avon Street, Parker Avenue to County Road B P-93-02. and ST-93-07. Neighborhood 58 -- street reconstruction and storm sewer Shryer Avenue, Pascal Street to Hamline Avenue Pascal Street, Shryer Avenue to Skillman Avenue Ryan Avenue, Snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue Asbury Street, Roselawn Avenue to Skillman Avenue Arona Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue Simpson Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue 2. Ramsey County prepared a preliminary report as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement: P-93-06 -- street reconstruction Hamline Avenue, County Road B to County Road C 3. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement.
