NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS P-93-02 ST-93-07, NEIGHBORHOOD 58 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said city, on the ninth day of March, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvements P-93-02 and ST-93-07, Neighborhood 58 including all that property abutting: Shryer Avenue, Pascal street to Hamline Avenue Pascal street, Shryer Avenue to Skillman Avenue Ryan Avenue, snelling Avenue to Hamline Avenue Asbury Street, Roselawn Avenue to Skillman Avenue Arona Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue Simpson Street, Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, storm sewer facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is sUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvements is presently estimated at $910,467.48.
