<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 12, 1966 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the Village of Ro.evi1le, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the village Hall on September 12, 1966, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Grauel and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm and Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />The Clerk presented to the Council the proposed assessment <br /> <br />roll for Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements numbered <br /> <br />65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 66-14, 66-15, 66-11, 65-43 and 65-37 prepared <br /> <br />by him with the assistance of the engineers as directed by the <br /> <br />Council on August 15, 1966, and reported that the assessment roll <br /> <br />is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1618 <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 65-7, 65-8, 65-9, <br />66-14, 66-15, 66-11, 65-43 and 65-37 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for the above <br />consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements, now on file and open to <br />
