<br />WHEREAS, the Council has been informed that <br />Lot Seven (7), Block Nine (9), James Third Addition is <br />tax forfeited property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
