Rehbein Brothers of <br /> <br />Hugo, Minnesota <br /> <br />, is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $3,420.00. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />1. The Mayor alid Clerk are hereby author ized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with W. & G. Rehbein <br />Borthers for $3,420.00 in the name of the Village of Roseville <br />for Street Improvement No. 65-20, according to the plans <br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br />have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was secondea b~ Grauel and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted agailist: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
