EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBER 26, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on September 26, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1622 WHEREAS, the Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 18th day of July, 1966, fixed the date for the council hearing on proposed Improvement 66-23, improvement of Lovell Avenue from Cohansey to the cul-de-sac to the west by installation of water main; and proposed improvement 66-24 by improvement of Lovell Avenue from Cohansey Street to the cul-de-sac to the west by installation of concrete curb and hot mix street surfacing; and WHEREAS, ten days notice of the hearing through two weekly publi- cations of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 26th day of September, 1966, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the CouRcil resolution adopted July 18, 1966. 2. The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for said improvement and he shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being held thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present. and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
