<br />~5/ ko. /t:;21 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Vi llage Counc i 1 <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 10, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall in <br />said village on Monday, the lOth day of October, 1966 at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Clerk1 <br />Robert Bell, Village Attorney; Lowell Odland, Public Works nirector1 <br />Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co., village consulting engineers1 <br />Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk prpsented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Street <br />Improvement No. 64-2 <br /> <br />in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on September 21, 1966 <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted September 12, 1966, <br />which affidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered <br />placed on file. <br />
