<br />I-(~s/ #0, /t3cL <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />Vi llage Counc i 1 <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Held October 10. 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall in <br />said village on Monday, the 10th day of October, 1966 at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />Cedarholm, Curley, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Also in attendance were: Richard W. Turnlund, Village Clerk, <br />Robert Bell, Village Attorney; Lowell Odland, Public Works Director; <br />Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co., village consulting engineers; <br />and Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, village bond consultantsQ <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Street <br /> <br />Improvement No. 65-40 in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on <br /> <br />September 21, 1966 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />September 12, 1966, which affidavit was examined, found satis- <br /> <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. <br />
