Turnlund, Village Clerk1 <br /> <br />Robert Bell, Village AttorneY1 Lowell Odland, Public Works <br /> <br />Director: Roger Short of Banister Engineering Co., village <br /> <br />consulting engineers, Peter S. Popovich of Peterson & Popovich, <br /> <br />village bond consultants. <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on the proposed assessment for Street <br /> <br />Improvement No. 65-35 in the Ramsey County Suburban Life on <br /> <br />September 21, 1966 in accordance with the resolution adopted <br /> <br />September 12, 1966, which affidavit was examined, found satis- <br /> <br />factory, and ordered placed on file. <br />
