<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD OCTOBER 10, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, October 10, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1639 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE THE <br />ESTABLISHED TAX LEVY FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS AND WATER IMPROVHlENT BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $10,000 in the sanitary sewer debt <br />retirement fund resulting from a transfer of $10,000 from revenue <br />received from the operation of said sanitary sewer utilities; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, there is a surplus of $261,000 in water debt retire- <br />ment fund resulting from a transfer of $80,000 from revenue received <br />from the operation of said water utility and $181,000 in existing su~lus <br />in the fund; <br /> <br />NOW, TtlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ROSEVILLE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />THAT <br /> <br />JI.. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1966 tax <br />levy for sanitary sewer improvement Bonds, Series C by <br />$10,000 from $32,600 to $22,600. <br /> <br />2. The Ramsey County Auditor be directed to reduce the 1966 tax <br />levy for Water Improvement Bonds, Series 5 - 1966, by $261,000 <br />from $261>~40 to $340. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following <br />
