<br />/'" <br /> <br />! <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the following described portion of Owasso <br /> <br />Boulevard, a public street in the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, lying <br /> <br />.J <br /> <br />in A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots, is bereby vacated to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of Owasso Boulevard as platted in the Map of <br />A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots, according to the plat thereof <br />filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying Northwesterly <br />of the Southeasterly line of Lot nine (9) of said Map of <br />A. K, Barnum's Garden Lots, produced Northeasterly to <br />meet the Southeasterly line of Lot six (6) of said Map <br />of A. K. Barnum's Garden Lots. <br /> <br />Being that portion of Owasso Boulevard adjoining Lots <br />seven (7) and eight (8) of said Map of A. K.
