<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on the tenth <br /> <br />day of October, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Hayor CedarhollTl, Trustees Curley, <br />Grauel, Shields anti Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />~one <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1641 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF <br />ROSE PLACE from Grotto to Aladdin Streets <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Norman K. Magnuson, dba Aladdin Improvement Company as developer, <br /> <br />has platted Aladdin HOmesites No. 2 and the street known as Rose Place, and pur- <br /> <br />suant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and <br /> <br />stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized, and Agricultural Insurance Com- <br /> <br />pany has filed bond for the completion of construction of said street within said <br /> <br />plat as follows: <br /> <br />ROSE PLACE from Grotto to Aladdin Streets <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aladdin Improvement Company has paid all charges for costs of con- <br /> <br />struction to the Village of Roseville for completion of said street and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected SaL d street and filed <br /> <br />his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been completed <br /> <br />in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the <br /> <br />acceptance of said street by the Village. <br />
