EXTRACT OF !HNlITES OF flEETING OF 'DiE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, llINN};~OT^, tIELD OCTOBEIl 10, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a req:ular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly he Id at the Vi llave Hall in said Vi lla.f1e on the 10th day of October, 1966, at 7:30 P.~l. The following members ,"ere present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: i~one Member Goodrich introduced the followinp- Resolution and noved its adoption: RESOLUfION NO. 1644 1YHEREAS, the Villarre Code of the ViUa,oe of Roseville, at Sections 70.150 and 66.330 provides that the Villa):~e may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unnaid sewer and 'vater charges to be entered as part of the tax levy on said prereises the ensuing year. NOh!, THEREFOrE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF !WSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOiVS: 1. Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, is a list of parcels of real property lying wi thin the Village limits wnich are served by sanitary sewers and municinal water system of the Villa!!e of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water charqes up to and including June 30, 1966. 2. The COlmcil hereby certifies said list, and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amounts set forth in Exhibit A, for taxes due and payable in 1967. The motion for the adoption of the foregoinrr resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the foUowinr:: voted in favor thereof: All present and the follmvinp: voted a?,ainst the same: None 'nlEnEUPON, said Resolution was declared duly nassed and adopted.
