Paul, Minnesota, on }.buday, the <br /> <br />loth <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 196,L, at 7 :30 0 I clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~.lember Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1646 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RErATING TO AFroRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 62-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Im~rovement 62-1 as finally amended <br />and adopted on October 14, 1963 , was certified to'the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and appor- <br /> <br />tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 62-1 was held <br /> <br />on November 9, 1964, and adjOurned to November 16, 1964, at which time assessments <br /> <br /> <br />for Water Improvement No. 62-1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said <br /> <br />date and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on NOvember <br /> <br />16, 1964 and <br /> <br />WHE~S, since that date a number of parc~ls of property contained within <br /> <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property <br /> <br />owners and <br />
