EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eighth day of March, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: Maschka and Goedeke Member. P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8892 RESOLUTION AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-SS-91-04 AUDITOR NO. 6126 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The assessment roll for Improvement P-ST-SS-91-04, Auditor No. 6126, adopted by the Roseville City Council on September 28, 1993, should be and is hereby amended as follows: DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY NAME AND ADDRESS CHANGE HADE ORIGINAL REVISED 04-29-23-41-0023 04-29-23-41-0024 04-29-23-41-0025 Norwest Bank Minnesota Attn. Gary Lechko 90 7th st. S Mpls., MN 55479-0101 $36,878.17 $34,891.52 $54,192.22 $15,672.63 $14,832.26 $23,021.84 2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
