<br />EXT1V\CT OF "IINUl'ES OF MEETH,!G OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, HINNESOTA, HELD OCT013EH 17, 1966 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Villaf!c of Roscville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the Villa)'o Hall in said Villap'e on <br />October 17, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were !lresent: <br /> <br />r1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley J Grauel and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the followinr member was absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />Hember Shields introduced the followinrr Resolution and moved <br />its adontion: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1654 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUl\lCIL OF ROSEVILLE, i.lINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Iona Lane <br />between the center line of :4ackubin Street to a point 412 feet ~ast <br />by installation of sanitary sewer, water main, asphalt pavement and <br />concrete curb and gutter, filed with the Council on October 17, 1966, <br />is hereby declared to be sif'lled by the required percentage of owners <br />of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conformin,er <br />to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Villaf-Ye Publicil'orks <br />Director and he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />\\Thether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to \vhether it <br />should best be made as pro~Josed or in connection with some other <br />improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoinrr. Resolution was duly <br />seconded by :\Iember Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon all <br />presented voted in favor thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was dec lared duly nassed and adopted. <br />
