Hammersten, Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville do <br /> <br />hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Village Council duly <br /> <br />and regularly called, and held at the office of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />on Tuesday, October 8, 1957, there being a quorum of said Village Council <br /> <br />present the following resolution was unanimously passed as appears from the <br /> <br />records of said Village; <br /> <br />"Resolved, that the First National Bank of Saint Paul be and is <br /> <br />hereby designated a depositor,y of this Village and that funds deposited <br /> <br />in said bank may be withdrawn by check, draft, or other orders when <br /> <br /> <br />signed by any three (3)- of the following officials, anyone of whom <br /> <br />is authorized to endorse in the name of said Village checks or other <br /> <br />negotiable inStruments of any kind for deposit in said account." <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Acting Mayor <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br /> <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />IN HITNESS lrIHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name as Village Clerk <br /> <br />and have caused the corporate seal of said Village to be hereunto affixed <br />this q; In day of ~ A.D. 1957 <br /> <br />Village Clerk <br />
