EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the eighth day of March, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: Maschka and Goedeke Member P. Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8893 Approving Change Orders lA, 2, and 3 and Final acceptance, City Project M-92-22 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city on July 20, 1992, McPhilliips Brothers Roofing Company of N. st. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvement associated with Project M-92-22, Public Works Garage/Water Booster station re-roofing; and WHEREAS, Change Orders lA, 2, and 3 have been prepared for project M-92-22, and by city policy these require approval by the city Council; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that Change Orders lA, 2, and 3 for project M-92- 22 are hereby approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
