<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, l~nnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, ~tlnnesota, on the <br /> <br />24th day of October, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1663 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF <br />SHRYER AVENUE from Prior Avenue west to cul-de-sac <br />and <br />RYAN AVENUE from Prior Avenue west to cul-de-sac <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Alf B. lDrentzen as developer, has platted LOREN ACRES NO. 2 and <br /> <br />streets known as Shryer Avenue and Ryan Avenue, and pursuant to certain provi- <br /> <br />sions of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to be <br /> <br />graded and stabilized, and Alf B. lDrentzen has filed a certified check in the <br /> <br />amount of $16,176.00 for the completion of construction of said streets within <br /> <br />said plat as follows: <br /> <br />SHRYER AVENUE from Prior Avenue west to cul-de-sac <br />RYAN AVENUE from Prior Avenue west to cul-de-sac <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Alf B. lDrentzen has filed and also made his request for approval <br /> <br />and the final acceptance of said streets by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streets and <br /> <br />filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said streets has been <br /> <br />completed in accoroance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and <br />
