Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the. <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br />2~+th day of October , 196 6 , 7:30 o'clock P. M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Shields <br />Member Grauel introduced the .following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1667 <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIOI~IIvIENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING ZD WATER IMPROVEMENT N0. 65-18 <br />BE IT RESOLVID by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minneso~a <br />as follows: <br />WHERF~AS the Assessment Roll for Water Improvement Noo 65-18 as finally <br />amended and adopted on October 11, 1965 was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />~~~IiFItEAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br />sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br />of ;property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence <br /> <br />
