<br />Extract of }linutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Rams ey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notioe thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br />Village Hall at 2101 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />?4th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 196 6 <br /> <br />, 1:30 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br />The follOwing members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1668 <br />RESOLUTION REIA TINa TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSHENTS <br /> <br />REIATIm '10 STORM SEWER IMPROVEl-1ENT NO. 65-19 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosenlle, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for storm Sewer Improvement No. 65-19 as <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted on October 11, 1965 was filed and certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property OW'ners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of <br /> <br />original adsessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br /> <br />sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Ros eville in order <br /> <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence <br />
