<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Villag~ Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />November 14, 1966 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was held in the village hall in said village on Monday, the 14th <br />day of November, 1966 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br />The fo1~owing members were present: Cedarho1m, Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel <br />and the following was abseLt: Shields <br />After a discussion of the views presented by persons <br />appearing at the public hearing for Improvements No. 66-17 and <br />66-25 on October 24, 1966, Trustee Grauel then introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 1669 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENTS NO. 66-17 and 66-25 UNDER AND <br />PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing pursuant to published notice, on the proposed <br />construction of Improvements No. 66-17 and 66-25 consisting of <br />the installation of sanitary sewer and municipal water main, <br />together with appurtenances within the area described in the <br />notice of hearing, at a cost presently estimated to be approx- <br />imately $ 58,311 , and substantially in accordance with the <br />preliminaty engineer's report as to the feasibility thereof <br />which is now on file in the office of the Village Manager; and <br />having considered the views of all interested persons and being <br />fully advised in the premises the Council does hereby determine <br />and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />and special assessments shall be levied therefor at the rate of <br />$10.00 per fromt foot for sanitary sewer and $4.75 per froAt <br />foot for water, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area <br />proposed to be assessed therefor shall include all lots and <br />parcels of land within the area described in the notice of <br />hearing; and that the Public Works Director is hereby directed <br />to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifica.o <br />tions for the construction of said improvements. <br />
