EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the city Hall in said City on Monday, the eighth day of March, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: Maschka and Goedeke. councilperson Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8894 RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO LINCOLN DRIVE AND COUNTY ROAD C-2, P-ST-SS-W-93-10 WHEREAS, the City Council has received a petition from developers for public improvements to Lincoln Drive from County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue including the installation of new roadway, utilities, and drainage improvements; and WHEREAS, staff further recommends consideration of public improvements to Lincoln Drive from Terrace Drive to County Road C-2, and County Road C-2 from Lincoln Drive to Snelling Avenue by the installation of new roadway, utilities, and drainage improvements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition is hereby referred to the city Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
