EXTRACT OF MINlJfES OF r,JEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON NOVEMBER 14, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Vi llage Counc il of the Vi 11age of Rosevi 11e, Minnesota, was held at the Vi llage Hall in said Vi !lage on November 14, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the follolving was absent: Trustee Shields Member Grauel then introduced and moved the adoption of the follmving resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1671 lVHEPJ2AS, it is proposed to improve Roselawn Avenue between the west right-oi-way line of Prior Avenue and the west Village limits, by installation of storm sewer, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to ;'1innesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended). NOH, TliEREFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of Roseville, Hinnesota, that the proposed imp170vement be referred to the Public \'Jorks Director for a study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- ment and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion \vas seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
