<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village ot RoeevUle has heretofore approved aDd <br />adopted a plan tor the construction, maintenance and operation ot a <br />sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council ot the Village or Roseville has, by' proper <br />proceedings, detel'llined the need tor certain locations ot UBdergroUDd <br />sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, maintained <br />and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVlIh that the Village of RosevUle <br />needs to acquire a perpetual eas.ent tor the construction, maintenance <br />and operation ot sewer _ins, pipes and appurtenances to an approrlllate <br />depth of from 8 to 13 teet, together with ingress and egres8 over and <br />through the tollowing described land in Ramsey Count,., Minnesota, under <br />its powers ot 811inent domain: <br /> <br />The South 30 teet ot Lot 3, "i chels Rearrangelllent ot <br />Lots 9 to 16 inclusive ot Mackubin and Igleharts <br />Addition ot Out Lots to St. Paul, subject to eas_ent <br />over south 15 teet ot west 220 teet and Marion St. and <br />subject to easement in Doc. 1281872 aDd except east <br />150 teet ot part north of' south 30 teet and except <br />north 200 teet ot part west thereot and except west 160 <br />teet of part north ot south 15 teet; also a farther <br />easement of the East 20 teet ot the West 190 feet ot <br />said part of lot 3. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, turther, that Beldin H.
