<br />WHEREAS it appears that Orfei & Sons, Inc. of St. Paul, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price cf $3,062.70, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village cf Roseville, Minnesota: <br />l. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authori~ed and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Orfei & Sons, Inc. fer $3,062.70 <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for I~provement No. 66-23 <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of <br />the Village Clerk. <br />~. The Village Clerk is hereby authori~ed and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids <br />except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Grauel and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
