EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~1EETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON NOVE~IBER 21, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, \~as held at the Village Hall in said Vi llage on November 21, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 1682 l\HEREAS, it is proposed to improve County Road C between the east right-of-way line of Eustis Street and the west Village limits by installation of water main and appurtenances and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- ment, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws, 1953 Chapter 398, as amended). ;Jf)IV, THElmFORE, be it resolved by the Village Council of Roseville, !vlinnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement.
