<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County~ Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St9 Paul~ Minnesota, on Monday, the 21st <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />November <br /> <br />J 196~ at 7:30 o.lc1.ock P.M. <br /> <br />The fo1.10wing members were present: 11ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Cur ley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />r-lember Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1683 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village o:f Rosevil1.e, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WBEREAS, the assessment roll :for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as fina1.1.y <br /> <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1.959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments 1n respect to Sanitary Sewer ImprovezeIIt No 0 2 was he1.d on <br /> <br /> <br />Decembet r~~ l~ at which time assessments :for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ f. were <br /> <br /> <br />amended as provided by said reso1.ution o:f said date and certified in the of:fice of the <br /> <br />County Audli\or ot Ramsey County on December 29; 1~60 and <br />
