EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, HELD NOVEMBER 28, 1966. * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on November 28, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1686 A RESOLUTION CORRECTING REAPPORTIONMENT RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 AND CANCELLING RESOLUTION NO. 1383 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement 63-3 as finally amended and adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 63-3 was held on November 9, 1964, and adjourned to November 14, 1964 at which time assessments for Water Improvement No. 63-3 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 16, 1964, and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property con- tained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners, and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the
