EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DECEMBER 12, 1966 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, f,1innesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 12th day of December, 1966, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1689 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve certain lands lying within the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, legally described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, the improvement will consist of the installation of storm sewers and necessary appurtenances on public right-of-ways tmto which said sewers may be drained; ~~D WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess benefited property for all o~ a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnsota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111, Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended; and THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Engineering Company for study and that this company be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being held thereon, all members voted in favor thereof and no one voted against same. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
