EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of March, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: Maschka and Goedeke. Member Cushman moved that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 8896 NORTHWEST COUNSELING CENTER REQUEST FOR FUNDS TO SUPPORT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS WHEREAS, the Northwest Youth and Family Services/Northwest Counseling Center provides needed mental health programs to Roseville residents; and WHEREAS, the Northwest Counseling Center provides services to benefit low and moderate income persons; and WHEREAS, the Northwest Counseling Center services to high risk target groups which are not served by any other agency. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville hereby supports the Northwest Youth and Family Services/Northwest Counseling Center mental health programs and recommends that it be funded by Ramsey County with Community Development Block Grant funds. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member P. Johnso~ and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
