RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation ot a s8.1litary sewer 81'stem, and, 'WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville bas, b.T proper proceedings, dete1'Jllined the need tor certain locations of under- ground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be installed, ma.,.ntained and operated within the plan adopted, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLViD, that the Village of Roseville needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of sewer mains, pipes and appurtenances to an approxillate depth of fro.. 7 to 10 teet, together with ingress and egress over and through the following described land in Raasq CountT, Minnesota, lUlder its powers ot eminent domain: A strip ot land 20 teet in width the center line ot which is as tollows: Beginning at a point on the west line ot Lot 4, Michels Rearrangement cL Lots 9 to 16 inclusive ot Mackubin and Igleharts Addition ot Out lDts to st. Paul, subject to Capitol View and except east 75 teet ot south 240 teet the west 1/4, said point being 145 teet distant south trom the northwest corner; thence south 690 00' east approxilllate17 230 teet to a point on the east line, said point being 222 feet distant south from the northeast corner of said part of Lot 4; also a further easement of the West 20 feet of the north 200 feet except portion covered by the f'oregoiRg eassent of said part of' Lot 4. RESOLVED, further, that Beldin H. Lottsgaarden, attorneT for the Village ot Roseville be authorized and directed to proceed with said proceedings forthwith.
