Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Villace Council Village of Ros eville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 12th day of December , 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 1693 RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD C-2 from Aldine Street east to cul-de-sac WHEREAS, Paul L. Videen, dba Midland-Videen, Incorporated, as developer, has constructed that portion of street known as County Road C-2, and pursuant to cer- tain provisions of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized, has placed two certified checks totaling the amount of $3,665.00 with the Village of Roseville for the completion of construc- tion of said street wi thin the plat known as Fairview Heights Plat 3 as follows: COUNTY ROAD C-2, from Aldine Street east to cul-de-sac. WHEREAS, Midland-Videen, Incorporated, has filed and also made their request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by the Village of Roseville and, WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends that the Village make acceptance of said street.
